How can I register at getfares.com as an Authorized travel agent?

How do we recharge my Account?

You can recharge your Account using Bank deposit all leading currencies like USD, GBP, EUR, CAD, AED, INR etc.

How can I set my own mark-up?
Yes, once you have logged in, you will be able to set up the markup. You can also contact sales@getfares.com and they will asssit you with it.
What if the booking failed, but my account got debited?
Kindly contact to our customer support staff. There might be booking generated at Airline end. Do not create another booking to avoid any duplicate bookings.
How do I cancel my bookings?

Kindly contact our customer support staff over the email, we shall revert your email at the earliest.

How do we get to see the Historical Transaction issued by us?

Once you login to Getfares, click on the Transaction tab you get the 3rd tab named as Transaction/ Statement

How do I search Bookings as per travel date?

Once you login to Getfares, click on the Transaction tab you get the 1st tab named as Confirmed bookings tab and there you get the Travel date column on the right side of the page where you can click and displayed a calendar for your bookings.
